Curvy Kate Portia Bra in Green – Review

Here I am again, with a new message about a wonderful bra that I’ve discovered. Well, it was not purely by accident. I am very familiar with the brand. It is easy to tell that I am basically a Curvy Kate Portia girl. There are those that might have a different opinion on bras, but I believe the Portia is one of the best fitting bras on the market. Well, don’t get too excited. I still think that the Curvy Kate Portia bras are tops in my book too.curvy kate portia bra

A lot of people might think that I am a bit fickle, when it comes to bras. In a previous review, I stated that it was hard to find a comfortable fitting bra in that brand. Well, I have definitely had a change of mind. The fact is that I was trying too hard. In retrospect, I was trying to stuff a 32GG into a 28FF. Now, the idea of going up several sizes to a much larger 32GG seemed very ridiculous at the time. I couldn’t imagine my girls in that size bra. I was a perfect 28FF. Well, obviously I had a very big stubborn streak. Furthermore, just about all my Curvy Kate Portia Unpadded Bra’s were 28FF.

Curvy Kate Portia Bra – Review

Listen up gang. The best bra on the planet is still the Curvy Kate Portia. I’ve searched high and low at local departmeant stores and online for a cute bra. The Portia still reigns supreme. It looks really cute under my clothing and makes me feel real girly. I especially love the way the bra looks and feels under black or white shirts and form fitting dresses. I’m also excited about the new colors. sea foam/pink is one of my new favorites.

Today, I know just a little bit more about finding the correct bra size for my girls. I’ve learned to really work with the Portia. The fact is that the bra cups are a bit on the small size. Girls that are in between sizes, should go up at least one size. Here is a warning: Watch out for that ribbon detailing. It creates a less than ideal look.

I love the Portia and I love the way that it looks on me. I love those vibrant tones, and the black and white ones too. It all depends on the mood that I am in at the momeant. Since this bra is from Spring/Summer 2013 collection, now you can purchase this bra for as low as $39 for example at Classic Shapewear.
