Sleeping is a time to relax and unwind, so it’s important to be comfortable during the hours spent in bed. Sleeping is supposed to be a restful time, but this can only be true if you’re comfortable and happy while you’re doing it. Choosing the right clothing is only the first step in getting a good night’s rest, but it is one of the most important. No matter whether you’ve chosen pants or shorts, cotton or nylon, a t-shirt or tank, just be sure to pick something that you want. Be comfortable in your outfit, be happy and most of all, be well rested after you wake up from a good night’s sleep.
