All orders are shipped using discreet generic mailers without detailed info placed on it (international packages do have general description placed on envelops: "clothing top" or "clothing bottom" as required). The shop's name will not be displayed on the package for your discretion. All items are secured in soft wrapping paper.
All items are made to order, the lingerie is made for you! Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 3 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature (unless requested). It takes from 2 to 5 business days for the domestic package to be delivered from the day of shipment. Most of the packages are delivered after 3 days. We hope you will find these beautiful pieces worth waiting for!
We ship abroad to Canada, Australia, South America, European Union and some countries outside of EU. Shipments made to all US states are FREE. Shipments to Canada are made with First Class International Package with tracking and $15 shipping fee is added at checkout. Shipments to other countries than US and Canada are made through either USPS Priority Mail with tracking and are charged $40 shipping fee (added at checkout) or USPS First Class Mail with limited tracking and are charged $18 shipping fee (added at checkout). We do not ship to Africa nor Asia.
Before placing your first order, please take a measurement of your chest/hips to select the proper size. This will help to avoid returns and exchanges. The size guide is located on each product page and in the Size section on the bottom of the page. The size guide has proved to be very accurate.
In order to return the product(s) go to your The Flat Bra account - Order History and mark the items you wish to return. Fill out the explanation of return form with brief or longer description. After acceptance, ship the package back to us.
All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage, signs of wear, signs of wash. Please take special care when trying the intimate apparel on: underwear must be tried on top of your own fresh underwear and bras need to be placed on clean body free of sweat, perfume and deodorants. We care about our dear customers and do our best to match the request, however we do not resale used and not-in-brand-new condition merchandise and such will not be accepted for return/refund.
Merchandise returned to us in NOT BRAND NEW condition or WITHOUT tags is not eligible for refund and WILL NOT BE returned back to sender.
Return for refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the package and delivered to us after no longer than 30 days from your delivery date. Return requests made after 14 days may be accepted for store credit only. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the day the package was deliverd from us. Customers outside of US: the shipping fee will not be refunded, only the merchandise cost.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges of returned merchandise. USPS First Class Mail with tracking is the least costly option (starts at $3.60).
US customers: Exchanges are shipped at no additional fee. Exchanges can be processed only if the requested item is of the equal or less value. The difference will be refunded. If you need an item of a higher value, place a new order and return the first product for a full refund.
Customers from other countries than US: Exchanges are not possible. Ship the item for a refund and you need to place a new order with shipping fee added at checkout.
If all the items from one order are returned to us without exchange request, we reserve the right to keep a $5 restocking fee (per order). If not all the items are returned, we refund 100% of the order value.
