 Order Status
1. Has my order shipped?

Once the order is shipped you will be notified by e-mail, including the link to package tracking. You can also check the status of your order by going to My Account and clicking Order History. 

2. How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

3. What service do you use for shipping?

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments, domestic and international. In random circumstances on customer request we can ship via Fedex Next Day or 2 Day Service, only if the request was made prior the purchase. 

4. My order has never arrived

Orders shipped to US and Canada locations are generally delivered within 3-7 days. International orders take 7-10 days. In case of National Holidays or severe weather conditions (snow, hurricane, flood) the delivery can take a bit longer.

If you have not received your package by reasonable time, please check the tracking status to make sure it wasn't delivered next door nor is held at your local post office. You can claim your package at Postal Service using tracking number provided at the time of shipment.

We can start claiming your package after 30 days from the shipping day and will allow 14 days for the USPS to resolve the issue. Refund will be issued after 45 days if the package wasn't delivered by then. 

5. An item is missing from my shipment

Package content is controlled by careful weighing before each shipment to prevent shipping incomplete orders. If your package is missing an item, please notify us through a contact form immediately.

6. I received the wrong product

Special care is taken while shipping your merchandise. However, if you received the wrong product (an item you have not ordered) please contact us. After you ship the item back to us, we will issue up to $10 back to your form of payment to cover your shipping charges.

7. How do I create an account?

Once you place items in your shopping cart, you will be able to create an account at checkout page. Scroll down, fill out the address form "New Customers: Enter Shipping Address" and create an account by providing e-mail address and your password.

8. I can't create an account.

If you are unable to create an account during the checkout process it means that you are using a browser that doesn't support "Java Script". Make sure that your browser supports "Java Script" and its enabled in your browser settings or try to make your purchase with another browser.

9. How do I edit my account information?

Once you have an account with Lacy Hint, you can "Sign In" using a button at upper right corner of the site. Go to "My Personal Information" or "My Addresses" to edit your information.

10. How much is my shipping?

All shipments within US and Canada are FREE. For International Orders there is $28 flat shipping fee added at checkout.

11. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. It takes from 3 to 5 days for the domestic package to be delivered from the day of shipment.

Lacy Hint ships abroad. It takes 1-2 days to process the order and 5 to10 days for the international package to be delivered.

Shipments made to US and Canada are FREE and international shipments are charged $28 (added at checkout).

12. I forgot my password

Below the space for login and password click on the link "Forgot your password?" Fill in the e-mail address you had used while creating an account and click the green button "Retrieve Password". An e-mail will be sent to you with a link. Once you activate the link, a new password will be sent to you. You can later change the generated password to a different one. Simply go to "My Personal Information" at Lacy Hint account.

13. How do I return my product?

In order to return the product(s) go to your Lacy Hint account - Order History and mark the items you wish to return. After acceptance, ship the package back to us.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges of returned merchandise.

For a full refund* returns will be accepted up to 30 days past the delivery date.

Past 30 days we may accept a return in exchange for store credit.

All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage, signs of wear, signs of wash. We care about our dear customers and do our best to match the request. We do not resale used merchandise and such will not be accepted for return/refund.

Merchandise that is not eligible for refund, will not be returned back to sender.

* Original payment minus $5 shipping fee.

14. How do I exchange my product?

In order to exchange the product(s) go to your Lacy Hint account - Order History and mark the items you wish to exchange. After acceptance, ship the items back to us. 

If you live in the United States or Canada, you can exchange products from your order up to 2 times without additional cost. Customers from other countries can return products and place a new order with a shipping fee. 

15. How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the merchandise back.

16. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all US and Canada locations, most European countries.

17. What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose to pay with Credit Card or your Pay Pal account.

18. After I placed an order and made a payment, the page went blank. Did the order go through?

In rare circumstances the page can go blank randomly at any website you ar at. If such situation occurs, go to your account to find out the order information and updates.

19. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Go to "My Account/Order History" to view and print an invoice for your order.

20. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing the order.

21. How do I find my product?

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may:

(1) use the navigation menus on the topand left side of the website

(2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box.

If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

22. How do I use a coupon?

In your shopping cart find section "Coupon Code" and enter your coupon code in the "Enter Discount Code" box. 

23. Do the products on the site run true to size?

As every brand in lingerie department runs slightly different, the products we carry might too. In general bras run true to size and panties run about half size smaller comparing to American brands. 

24. The product I like is currently out of stock in my size. Can you notify me when it is available again?

After selecting a desired size that is out of stock, the green button "Notify me when available" will show up. Click to leave an e-mail address at which you would like to have a notification sent. 

Some limited edition products will not be available again. To find out if the item you like will be back in stock or not, please contact us.

25. Do AVA half-padded bras heavily padded?

Ava Lingerie half-padded full coverage bras have a thin layer of padding, which is made of outer layer of decorative fabric and inner layer of cotton lining. The bras are not exactly padded or foamed. The thick double layer of the bottom cup provides extra support without push-up feature.

26. What is the cup size equivalent of 34D if I wanted a tighter band?

If the cup of your 34D bra seems to be of a right size, but the bra doesn't fit right against your chest, you most likely need a tighter band. The equivalent of 34D is 32DD (or 30DDD). 

27. What is the cup size equivalent of 34D if I need a looser band?

If cup size of a bra seems to be of the right size, but the bra is way too tight, the equivalent of 34D is 36C (or 38B).

28. What is the equivalent bra size for 34D if I need a tighter band and one size smaller cup?

You should go for band 32D (or 30DD). For the best result use the chart located below each bra product to measure yourself at home.

29. What is the equivalent bra size for 34D if I need a tighter band and one size bigger cup?

You should go for 32DDD (or 30G).

30. What is the equivalent bra size for 34D if I need a looser band and one size smaller cup?

You should go for 36B (or 38A).

31. What is the equivalent bra size for 34D if I need a looser band and one size bigger cup?

You should go for 36D (or 38C).

32. How do I contact you?

In order to contact us click "Contact Us" button located at the right upper corner of the site. You can send a detailed message using the contact form. Customer Service will answer your message within a few hours. The wait time has never exceeded 24h. 

33. Can I speak with somebody on the phone?

We do not provide Customer Service on the phone, however we offer a very knowledgeable and quick e-mail assistance. You can send a message HERE or send a direct e-mail to mail@lacyhint.com. We are very proud to be able to help our customers within minutes, up to an hour (if received at 9am-5pm EST).


34. Can I visit your physical location?

No. Lacy Hint is an exclusively online store without a physical location.

35. Can I wash my sheer and lace bras in a laundry machine?

Absolutely not! The laundry machine washing cycle will wrinkle, misshape and possibly damage your sheer bra. Always wash your sheer bras in a sink creating gentle by rapid movements with your hand. You can wash your sheer and lace underwear in a machine, only after placing them in a mesh bag or a pillow case.

36. When purchased, the bra should fit on the loosest or tightest adjustment?

At the time of purchase a bra should fit snugly on the loosest adjustment. Tighter adjustments are made for when the bra band stretches after a while.

37. Why are sheer bra pictures censored?

We are sorry, but the sheer bras can not show nipples on models due to Google requirement. All bras in Sheer Bras category are still sheer and see through. If you need assistance in finding the sheerest styles, write to us!
