What Are Pros And Cons of a Bralette Bra?

You may have already heard this term tossed around before, but what exactly is a bralette bra? It is basically a bra, but without any kind of underwire, shaping or padded cups, similar to a "built in bra" design. Like any bra, Bralette Bras come in all kinds of different materials, such as a standard cotton or a lace sheer bra. Myriad colors choices, slightly varying lengths and various strap selections are all available.

Is Bralette bra for you?

So, then the question is, is the bralette bra the right choice for me? Well, the short answer is, it depends on what kind of support you need and are looking for. Bralette bra provides little to no support because of the lack of underwire and cups. Although some styles may feature some very light cup support. Unfortunately, for those of us with a bit more cleavage, this style isn't going to offer you much in terms of comfort, support or overall look. Perhaps a good relaxing, or chillin' round the house bra, most likely this style isn't suited for the larger breasted ladies, at least not for everyday use. Although a comfortable choice for lounging on the couch or for the you'll feel much less at ease if you have to worry about your chest bouncing around all day. Bralette bras made of see through tulle and sexy lace trimmings are a very sexy choice for the intimate evening with your partner.

Conversely, this trend makes a great reason for ladies with A cup breasts to celebrate their smaller chest size. Those with smaller breasts can get away with wearing this style daily. These bras are known for being incredibly soft and comfortable to wear and even better, they can often be found for amazing, bargain prices. For small breasts, this comfy bra provides just that little bit of molding needed to give your breasts a nice shape and contour. All the while, it feels so natural, you'll barely notice you're wearing this bralette bra at all. Side Note: It has also become a recent trend for bralettes to be sported as a top; if you're young, perhaps you can pull this look off. However, if you are any older than 25, beware, baring your bralettes in public will have tacky written all over it. Lingerie is a sexy item to layer underneath your garmeants!
